Application: With a thick double-layer coating and strong carbide substrate, the insert offers high cutting edge strength and deformation resistance. With double-sided PM chipbreaker of M class tolerance, this insert has higher toughness on cutting edge than DM chipbreaker. It is suitable for semi-finishing Steels under unfavorable condition.
