1. Place Order and Make Payment

Built with the latest e-commerce and security technology our online store is the easiest way to search right products and place orders online. You can use credit card or PayPal account to complete online transaction. If you do not have PayPal account, you can easily set it up with credit card or with bank account at PayPal.

Customers who do not order online can email purchase order to customerservice@carbidemart.com and carbidemart@gmail.com due to following reasons:

  1. Using customer’s own shipping service account from UPS
  2. Ordering with special price (e.g. with volume discount)
  3. Purchasing items not listed online or listed in Wholesale Deals
  4. Making non-PayPal or credit card payment using company check under different payment terms

In this case, Carbide Mart will email customer invoice after confirming the order, and send PayPal fund request or request for company check. Depending on the payment term, shipment will be dispatched upon receipt of fund, or immediately once it is ready for start of payment term. Customer will be notified accordingly. Since the email transaction involves additional manual process, it usually takes a little extra time to complete.

2. Product Offering

We offer a large selection of cutting tools and tungsten carbide products for various applications. Online items are only a portion of large pool of products we can offer. We welcome inquiries for items not listed online. For customized products, please make sure to include detailed product specification and drawings in the RFQ.

3. Shipping

Orders for products in stock are usually shipped on the same day if orders are received before 3pm of the day. Otherwise, it will be shipped out in the next working day. Shipping for domestic is done through UPS. Carbide Mart can also make shipping arrangement using customer’s own UPS shipping account.

4. Returned Materials

Only unused items in the original packages with less than 60 days are eligible for return. Customer who plans to return eligible items shall contact customerservice@carbidemart.com and carbidemart@gmail.com to get a Returned Materials Authorization Form, and return the completed form for RMA approval. Once approved, an RMA number will be assigned and Carbide Mart will inform customer of the designated location to ship the items. 20% restocking charge may be applied. No charge for approved return for exchanging items, however, customer will be responsible for shipping returned items and new items ordered for exchange.

5. Sample Discount

To reduce customer trial cost, small quantity of samples is usually offered at 20% off the list price for majority of online items. Please contact customerservice@carbidemart.com and carbidemart@gmail.com for details.
